This is an On-Line Only Auction. 10% Ten Percent) Buyers Premium will be added to the final bid price to determine a final selling price.

Online Bidder registration required. Barnard Auctions does not register bidders. We utilize a professional rented online bidding platform and do not control registrations. Complete settlement date of auction. Everything SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied.

All items must sell through the auction on-line process, no presales. There will not be live/in-person bidding. You may place an absentee bid, please call 1-800-840-SOLD (7653) to make arrangements. Must place absentee bid (s) 24 hours before closing of auction.

This Auction has an Extended Bidding or "Soft Close" feature. The auction begins closing at 6 PM (CST) . The first item will begin to close, and an item will close every 20 seconds after. When a bid is Submitted during the Final Seconds of the Auction for a Lot, the Bidding for that Lot will be Extended for an Additional One Minute. This will continue until there are no longer any bids Submitted for that Individual Lot.

Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Barnard Auctions.

PAYMENT TERMS: All out of state purchases will be charged the following morning after the auction has closed with your credit card on file. If you do Not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase (s) - please contact us immediately to make other arrangements for payment. If we are not notified within 24 hours before End of Auction- your credit card will be charged.
Cash and/or Check with ID are also accepted.
Credit cards will have an additional 4% convenience fee to all purchases.

Payment must be made before item, or items are removed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If previous arrangements have not been made, and the items are not picked up at allotted times, buyer will be considered in default, and may be rejected to register for future auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to next qualified bidder. The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Barnard Auctions to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a late fee of two percent (2 %) of the outstanding balance per month will to be added to any unpaid balance due Barnard Auctions.

All items are to be picked up on the arranged pickup day (s). Please bring supplies to secure items for travel. The winning bidder on larger items needs to bring help or equipment to load the item or items.

Barnard Auctions will ship items at winning bidder's expense that are Small enough to be shipped via USPS, Priority Mail, Flat Rate Boxes, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex Ground. Items must be paid for by pickup day. Fragile items, items that weigh over 25 lbs. or items that will not fit in 16 �" x 14 �" x 12" box will need to be picked up, or shipping can be done by a Professional Shipper/Packer at Bidder's Expense. If using a Professional Shipper/Packer, buyer must notify the auction company. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping and handling charges will be charged upon completion of packaging. All packages being shipped will be shipped with insurance equivalent to the hammer price. All packages being shipped will have a $15.00 Handling Fee in addition to the actual cost of shipping. In the event you rely on the auction company to ship your items we will do our absolute best to package the items with bubble wrap and paper to avoid any breakage, but if you purchase glass items and choose to NOT have a professional ship these items, we are not responsible for broken items. Items must be paid for by pickup day. Fragile items, items that weigh over 25 lbs. or items that will not fit in 16 �" x 14 �" x 12" box will need to be picked up, or shipping can be done by a Professional Shipper/Packer at Bidder's Expense. If using a Professional Shipper/Packer, buyer must notify the auction company. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Shipping and handling charges will be charged upon completion of packaging. All packages being shipped will be shipped with insurance equivalent to the hammer price.
