This sale is going to have assigned time slots for people. What that means is if you would like to come to the house you will have to contact me. We'll, several factors have delayed this sale. The biggest factor being access to the house. I went by today and there is still a huge pit dug in the road in front of the house. Big equipment everywhere. No place to park. :(. So the sale will be delayed. I will update next week. Please keep your fingers crossed for construction to move up the street.
You will tell me two time slots that would work for you. There is only two parking spaces available at this location. We will get everyone through the house that is interested. If you do not have a state tax exempt certificate on file with us you will be charged 5.5 % sales tax. We accept cash. |
