________________________________________ TERMS & CONDITIONS - STORAGE UNIT AUCTION All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. No preview is offered. Bidders are purchasing the entire contents of the unit and assume all risk. Payment Terms A valid credit card is required to register. The credit card on file will be charged immediately after the auction. If the card declines, payment must be made immediately through the Global Payments link provided. Failure to pay will result in bidder suspension, a minimum $100 non-payment fee, and possible legal action. Buyer's Responsibility This is a complete unit cleanout. The winning bidder must remove ALL contents from the unit-no exceptions. No items may be left behind. Pick-Up Requirements Pick-up is strictly limited to:Saturday, April 25th (8:00AM - 5:00PM)Sunday, April 26th (8:00AM - 5:00PM)The unit MUST be completely emptied and broom-swept clean by Sunday, April 26th at 5:00PM. Failure to Clean Out Unit Any items left after the deadline will be considered abandoned. The buyer will:Forfeit all rights to remaining contentsBe subject to a minimum $100 clean-out fee, plus any additional disposal costsBe permanently banned from bidding with John T. Henry Auction Co. No Shipping There is NO SHIPPING available. All items must be picked up in person. Labor & Equipment Auction staff will NOT assist with loading. Buyers must bring their own help, tools, and equipment. Default / Non-Payment Failure to pay or remove items within the specified time will result in:Immediate forfeiture of itemsA minimum $100 feePermanent suspension from all future auctions conducted by John T. Henry Auction Co.Possible legal action to recover damages, fees, and costs Use at Your Own Risk By entering the property, buyers assume all risks.
