By registering for and/or placing a bid in any online public auction conducted by A&S Auction Company, all bidders expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to independently inspect and evaluate all items prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts full responsibility for determining condition, value, authenticity, and suitability, and expressly waives any claim related to description or condition. Final Sale / No Refunds All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be permitted under any circumstances. Pick-Up Terms and Conditions Buyers are solely responsible for the timely removal of all purchased items during the designated pick-up period.
