Special Auction Terms: For this auction we fully reserve the right ot pause bidding, end bidding early or cancel all bids. This is to accomodate for power outages, internet connectivity, equipment failure, and any other unforseen reason beyond our control.

Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality.

Due to the type of auction this is and the location there are No Shipping options provided by our company for this auction. If you need your items shipped it is the buyer's resposibility to make full auction payment and make arrangements for an agent or shipping company to pick up and ship your items for you.

*** Notice *** There is only ONE scheduled day for pick up and payment for this auction.

Pick up and payment day will be Thursday April 30th from 10:00am until 7:00pm. All items must be paid for and picked up during this time without exception. If you or your agent cannot pick up during this scheduled time please do no bid on this auction. We cannot hold items for pick up after scheduled time and we will not be bringing unsecured items back to our building. Any items not paid for and picked up during this time will be automatically charged to the buyer's card on file and items will be considered abandoned.

Pick up location is 1229 Burlington Dr. Mt. Clemens, MI 48043. Please bring packing materials and boxes if you think you might need them. There is no guarantee we will have anything available. Also be prepared to load and pack your own items and bring help if needed. We will offer help as much as we can but sometimes we get so busy we are unable to. Also there will be no equipment on site to load large or heavy items so bring friends or your own equipment to load those items.

Any invoice not paid by the end of scheduled pick up times will have thier invoice total including all fees charged to the credit card you have on file and items will be considered abandoned.

Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction however due to the type of auction this is there will be no sales tax charged.

This auction is NOT at our facility in Memphis. All aspects of this auction including open house and pick up are located at 1229 Burlington Dr. Mt. Clemens, MI 48043.
