AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every few seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for additional two (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.In the case the Multiple bidders place the same MAX bid amount, the winning bid will be awarded to the bidder who placed the bid first. An e-mail of invoice will be sent to the winning bidder/buyer of each auction after auction has completely closed.

PAYMENT: All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after auction ending.

IN-PERSON PICK- UP: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Credit Card accepted.

We are honored to present the online auction for Gene and Peggy Neitzke of Breckenridge, Michigan. This auction reflects a lifetime of hard work, dedication, and cherished memories. Gene was a lifelong Angus cattle farmer who took great pride in his work and the cared he provided to his cattle. In addition to farming, he faithfully served his community through his career with the United States Postal Service. Gene had a passion for the outdoors and greatly enjoyed participating in sporting activities. Peggy was a talented and creative entrepreneur who co-owned and operated a flower shop alongside her dear friend, Norma. She found joy in quilting, crocheting, and knitting�skills that reflect the care and craftsmanship seen throughout this collection. Peggy also loved supporting Gene in his sporting pursuits. Gene and Peggy were devoted members of their church and found their greatest joy in spending time with their grandchildren and family. This auction features items from a very clean, well-kept home, offering a wonderful selection of antiques, household furnishings, and unique collectible pieces. Each item tells a story and has been well cared for over the years.
