Entry & Shopping
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Items must be paid for before removal from the premises. Shoppers are responsible for inspecting all items before purchase. All items sold as-is, where-is. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. No early entry. Sale opens promptly at posted time. Pricing & Payment Prices are as marked. Some items may be negotiable at the discretion of staff. Accepted payment methods: Cash only. No personal checks accepted. Item Removal & Handling Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, boxes, and moving help. Large items must be removed by the end of the sale day unless prior arrangements are made with staff. Staff will not assist with loading heavy items. Bring help if needed. Any item dropped or damaged by a shopper becomes their financial responsibility. Children & Pets Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No pets allowed on the premises. Conduct No bags, backpacks, or large purses allowed inside. Theft will result in immediate removal and prosecution. Be respectful of the property and other shoppers. Anyone behaving disruptively will be asked to leave. Do not move, hide, or hold items in unauthorized areas. Liability Wolf's Lair Estate Sale and the estate are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property occurring on the premises. Shoppers enter and participate at their own risk. Right to Withdraw Items Management reserves the right to remove any item from sale at any time for any reason. Advertised items are not guaranteed to be available.
