Much furniture such as Chippendale style sofa, wing back chairs, slant front desk, painted dry sink, mahogany chest on chest, 4 poster beds, vintage wood bench, vintage wicker set, and more. Machinery includes Craftsman snowblower, chipper, brush mower, tillers, chain saws, Shop Smith wood working system, drill press, and table saws. Much more! Bidding Begins: Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Bidding Concludes: Thursday, April 30th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Pick Up Items: Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. If you cannot make the designated time, please do not bid. No other pickup times will be offered. All items MUST be picked up by Saturday, May 2, 2026. All items sold "as is, where is". Please be prepared to disassemble, remove, and pack your items. Per our insurance, our staff is not permitted to assist with removing any items. Please bring your own packing supplies and tools as these are NOT provided. Payment: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards ONLY. We DO NOT accept checks of any kind. There is a 3% service fee for credit card payments. If paying by cash at the time of pick up, please bring the exact amount. We CANNOT make a change. We also do not accept cash payments in coins over $1.00. Pick Up: The pick-up address will appear on the winning bidder's invoice. Invoices will be emailed directly AFTER the conclusion of the sale. For easier pick up, please pay online.
