Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof. NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. Bids can not be retracted. You will be asked to confirm your bid before it is accepted. Be sure before you click. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, card or good check. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. We will have 2 SkyTracks working to load the heaviest of items but there still may be some wait time. Your patience will be appreciated. Buyers are responsible for hand loading smaller items. Bring help for the medium heavy stuff. We will have 2 strong young men there who will work for tips to help you load. If you need their assistance, you may pay them directly. If you do not need their assistance, you are welcome to load it yourself. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. Interested parties are encouraged to come to the live preview to actually see the mechandise first hand. Items like the roof metal is hard to portray in photos. Some stacks have better metal than the top piece shows but they are too heavy to flip sheets to show all pieces on photos. You should come look at the ones of interest to you.
All electric hand tools such as drills, saws, etc. on the tables or in box lots have been tested and work. If they dont work, they are in the scrap tool tubs. Electrical items outside on the line are unknown working condition. We will tell you what we know about them but all sell "as is".

Be sure to check tag numbers on the merchandise against the numbers on your invoice . There are several similar lots (especially boxes of roofing screws, chain hoists & binders).
