Payment - We accept cash, check and credit cards.16% buyers premium will apply to all purchases, 3% discount given for cash and check.� 7% sales tax applies.� Please note that the credit card that you place on file is the credit card that will be billed at the end of the auction, and the address you provide is the shipping address where your items will be shipped to for an extra fee and must make arrangements prior to auction close. The auction software uses a credit card verification system that validates credit cards and matching addresses, so ship to addresses can not be changed.� If you plan on paying cash at pick up you must contact Harold 336-354-6986 by text prior to auction close otherwise the card on file will be processed.� NOTE: PLEASE register with the credit card you intend to pay with.� PICK UP: 1-All items must be picked up By time on invoice or by appointment . 2-IF YOU DO NOT COME DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL FORFIT THE ITEMS AND YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED. YOU AGREE TO THIS CONDITION BEFORE BIDDING AND IF CARD PAYMENT IS STOPPED WE WILL SHOW THIS CONTRACT TO THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. All items not picked up AT 5PM of the pick up day of the sale week will be considered abandon and forfeited to auction company to dispose of as they see fit to resell or dispose of and funds will not be refunded. As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part you must notify Auctioneer prior to the close of bidding. NO SHIPPING OUTSIDE USA If you are Tax Exempt, you must provide proof of exemption PRIOR to auction closing!!! If you leave items at our Gallery for more than 30 Days, you will be charged an additional storage fee. (price is determined by size of items) After 90 days your items will be relisted regardless of payment status!! If Auction is offsite (not at our Boonville Gallery) and you are not able to make Pick up YOU MUST communicate with us to bring items back to our gallery or items are considered forfieted regardless of payment status.
