All Items Sold �As-Is� All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our knowledge, but it is the bidder�s responsibility to review all information before bidding. 3. Auction Format This is an online auction. � Bids are placed electronically. � The highest bid at the close of the auction is the winning bid. � We reserve the right to extend, pause, or cancel the auction if technical issues occur. 4. Bidding Requirements To bid, users must: � Register using accurate contact information � Be at least 18 years old � Agree to pay for any item they win Fraudulent or false registrations will result in removal from the auction. 5. Buyer�s Responsibility Bidders are responsible for: � Monitoring their bids � Knowing what they are bidding on � Completing payment on time � Picking up or arranging shipping for items We are not responsible for missed notifications, outbid notices, or technical issues on the bidder�s device or internet connection. 6. Payment Terms All winning bids must be paid within 48 hours of auction close. We do not automatically charge cards but after 48 hours we will charge the card on file unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping will be billed and charged seperately. Pickup & Shipping Pickup location is 619 FM 2330 Montalba, Tx. 75853. Best to call and schedule a time - allows us some time to get your things together. Pickup time is the week after auction from 10 to 3. Pickup Requirements: � Items must be picked up during the designated timeframe. � Buyers must bring help to load heavy items. � Items not picked up within the stated timeframe may be considered abandoned with no refund and ownership reverts to Antique Rovers unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping: � Shipping is available � Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. � Once an item is purchased we are not responsible for carrier delays or damage once the item is shipped. 8. Buyer�s Premium auction includes a buyer�s premium 15%, it will be added on each auction lot. The buyer�s premium is added to the final winning bid. 9. Returns & Refunds All sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be accepted. 10. Item Condition & Descriptions We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photos.
