Auction Format This is an online auction. � Bids are placed electronically. � The highest bid at the close of the auction is the winning bid. � We reserve the right to extend, pause, or cancel the auction if technical issues occur. 4. Shipping: � Shipping is available � Buyer pays all shipping and handling costs. � Once an item is purchased we are not responsible for carrier delays or damage once the item is shipped. 8.
