Sadly, the consignor decided to have their floors varnished. The fumes were too noxious that those who did enter the residence were overcome by the fumes. It was decided to cancel the inspection and move the closing, inspection, and removal dates in order to allow the fumes time to subside. We are sorry for the late change. Please note that inspection is for the dates listed ONLY. We are not able to make any exceptions and schedule a specialized pick up day. The address will be posted the day of inspection, thank you.
