All firearms in this auction are sold in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The auction company does not test fire or certify the safety or functionality of any firearm. All firearms are sold as-is, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to have any firearm inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use.

Firearms must be transferred to the purchaser through a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) unless the buyer is otherwise legally exempt under applicable law. Buyers must successfully complete all required background checks and provide valid government-issued identification before taking possession of any firearm. Transfer fees, background check fees, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

The auction company promotes safe firearm ownership and handling at all times. By placing a bid on any firearm, the bidder affirms that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under federal, state, and local laws. The bidder also agrees to comply with all transfer requirements and acknowledges that failure to complete the required transfer process will not relieve them of financial responsibility for the purchase.

Black powder firearms, antique firearms, and muzzleloading firearms may be exempt from certain transfer requirements depending on jurisdiction; however, all buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws and regulations.
