HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
This house has a wide variety of furniture ready for new owners. There is a dining room set that has been separated to allow you to purchase one or all items, family room furniture, antique pieces, a rocking chair, an armchair, a pie safe, beds along with linens, a side-by-side refrigerator, desks, two dining room tables, along with a small bar table. We have brand new kitchen items with vintage added in also. We have some collectables throughout the auction, like sports memorabilia, Christmas decor, and a few coins. This is a one-day pickup. All furniture is on the main floor for easy pickup. But please bring help as we will not be able to help load items. Please take all items in lots to help ease their burden before the house sells. Items must be picked up the day of loadout only. There is no access to the house after that. Please pay attention to loadout times BEFORE bidding on any items. Only small, non-breakable items will be shipped from this auction. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need. Bring your own boxes and packing material. Once again, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. No loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a one day Saturday only pickup and there will be no access to property after that! We are only shipping small, non-breakable items. If you have questions on shipping, please contact me prior to bidding.
