We will let in 11 people to start, and then 1 out, 1 in (I hope to increase this overall number as the day progresses). The sale space is on the smaller side and with all the great stuff, there is not a lot of room for people.

There are two flights of stairs to reach the main floor. Walkers will not be allowed.

I do not ship, or provide phone transactions. You must be present to purchase items.

Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale.

Golden Bear Estate will not personally monitor entry lists; it is up to the people who are waiting to monitor themselves. But due to a growing number of issues with peoples pre-lists and arguments that have arisen, please note the following guidelines: 1) sign up yourself and only yourself. 2) You must stay close to the estate. You cannot sign up and then go back home. Certainly if you need to go to the restroom or get a quick cup of coffee that is ok…Just make sure you let someone else know who is also waiting or leave a time dated note. Make sure you are back at least 30 minutes before listed start time. 3) Enjoy the quiet time before the excitement of the sale. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience for everyone.
