The personal Property will be sold via online at absolute auction from May 15 through May 21, 2026, with an open house scheduled for May 2 from 10 AM to 1 PM CT, and FHRA staff onsite at the property on the final day of the auction. In addition to the real estate, household and personal property items will also be sold at online only absolute auction during the same time period. Property sells to the highest bidder regardless of price. NOTE: Only the furniture and large items will be viewable at the open house. The bulk of the items have been boxed and the online photos will be the only way to view and inspect them. Our staff noted any broken or damaged items we could identify.
