PICK UP Failure to schedule a pickup date and time and/or failure to pick up your items may result in forfeiture of your items and your purchase costs. We cannot hold items. You agree that the laws of the State of Tennessee shall govern this agreement, shall be applied if any dispute arises related to the Online Auction, and shall be applied to any dispute with the Auction Company.
