By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms.

No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid.

Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Property Inspection: Items will be available for inspection at Bradeen Auctions, 9 W. Mt. Rushmore Rd. Custer on Tuesday May 19th, from 11am to 2pm. Lots 2000+ are located at 1676 Wood Lily Ln. Custer, SD. See the detailed descriptions & photos in the online catalog, at www.bradeenauction.com.

ONLINE BIDDING OPENS Friday May. 15th through 4:00pm (begins to close) Tuesday May 19th. Starting with lot#1, items will close at 4 lots per minute until all items have sold (approximately 4.5 hours). Any bidding on a lot within the final minute will extend the bidding on that lot by an additional minute until no further bidding occurs. Live catalog available starting at 3:30pm MT.

---PAYMENT---

We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. *Credit Card transactions may be limited by dollar amount and a wire transfer requested at our discretion for shipping purchases. We will not charge over $900 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer. *

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items except currency & titled lots.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout.

You must contact Bradeen Auctions by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the credit card used for registration.

You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.


---REGISTRATION---

A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you believe you have registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered.

---ADDITIONAL FEES & EXPENSES---

We do charge fees for any additional services that are required. Those services include payment by credit card, handling, storage, & shipping. Buyers can avoid all additional fees by paying with cash or check in person at the scheduled onsite settlement, and removing all items.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled onsite settlement the following fees will apply.

1.) 3.75% credit card swipe fee. Cash and check payments only accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours.

2.) Minimum $25 handling/storage fee per bidder. Additional handling/storage expense incurred depending on size and/or volume of items.

3.) Shipping Requests: When requesting shipping, please exercise caution and ensure you understand the process outlined below. For the majority, any small to medium sized, durable items our team packages and ships in house with a minimum of $25.00 handling fee plus shipping. Fragile or unique items will be shipped via third-party services such as UPS, FedEx, or similar providers. Cost Example: Packaging and shipping a neon beer light through UPS may cost between $250.00 and $500.00.

When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Nonpaying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network. Bradeen Auctions will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Bradeen Auctions and their employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding. Further, the auctioneer has the sole discretion to accept or refuse any bid.
