AUCTION TERMS OF SALE:
All items are sold As Is, Where Is, with No Warranty, expressly written or implied. No refunds will be issued. The Seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type.

PREVIEW:
All items are available for inspection, at the specified dates included in the auction information. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected this item and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this item at the buyer request prior to the close of sale.

REMOVAL:
Removal times are stated in the auction information. Failure to remove the items purchased by the end of business day of the last available pickup date will result in forfeiture of purchases with no refund. Seller is not responsible for providing tools or equipment to aid in removal.

PAYMENT:
Payment is due immediately once notified of winning bid. An invoice will be automatically generated and emailed to you. Please be prepared to pay for your items when you arrive at your appointment on pick up day. 15% Buyer's Premium is in effect.

SALES TAX::
Sales tax will be collected on all purchases. If you are a Re-seller, please submit the necessary forms when registering to bid to substantiate your exempt status.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE - Buyer/s agree to indemnify and save harmless Auctioneers and their employees, licensees, agents, successors or assigns, against any and all claims, injury, loss, liabilities, lawsuits, accidents, damages, demands, action or cause of action whatsoever in any manner arising from this auction or privately negotiated sale; including costs, expenses, or compensation whatsoever, direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, which the Bidder now has or which may arise in the future on the account of or in any way growing out of or connected with any defects, latent or otherwise, or the physical condition of any items or lots purchased or any law or regulation applicable thereto.
