Important Information For Auction Winners: This is an online-only auction. Item pickup is available only Monday 6/8/26 and Tuesday 6/9/26 located at 471 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville KY 40065 between 10:00AM and 4:00PM EST. Please ensure you collect your items during these hours. Any items not picked up, or invoices not paid and arranged, will be considered forfeited. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for forfeited items.

1. REGISTRATION. All bidding is open to the public. However, you must first read the terms and conditions before registering to bid as they are strictly adhered to and contain important information.

2. MULTI-PLATFORM BIDDING. All auctions are conducted simultaneously across multiple online bidding platforms. Bids shown as a "Floor Bidder" represent bidders participating from another platform.You may appear as the High Bidder on your selected platform but must outbid all competing bidders across every platform to win the lot. Platform notifications or pop-ups may not reflect the final result; the invoice issued by Swisher Bros. Auction determines the official winning bid. Pre-bidders are encouraged to bid at least one increment above their intended maximum. However, bidding LIVE during the auction provides the best opportunity to secure your item, as it allows you to continue bidding in real time against competing bidders.

3. PAYMENT. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours after the sale. Please make your payment online where available, during pick up with cash or good check or by credit card (3% card fee applies). Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction. Auto Pay will attempt the Tuesday following the sale at 4pm. If no payment is made, or payment is declined your account will be disputed and banned from future sales.

4. PICK-UP. Pick up for this specific auction will be Monday 6/8/26 and Tuesday 6/9/26 located at471 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville KY 40065. While you are welcome to set up your own transport service, the pickup conditions still apply. Failure to collect your winnings in the given timeframe, or make payment and shipping arrangements will result in forfeiture of items with no exceptions, no refunds will be given.

5. SHIPPING. LiveAuctioneers require us to participate in LiveShipping, which we do. However the LiveShipping and our long term 3rd Party Shipper are now one in the same. We recommend selecting Self-Ship and this will get your items ready for shipping. Once your invoice is paid and a shipping method has been chosen, we will coordinate with the selected shipping provider to arrange pickup of your items. When the shipper has taken possession of your items, we will notify you via the email address on file. From that point forward, communication and coordination regarding delivery will be between you and the shipper. While they will typically reach out to initiate contact, if you have not heard from them by the date specified in our confirmation email, it is your responsibility to reach out using the contact information provided.Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for all orders to ship with Fragile Pack. Items returned to us due to lack of communication with the shipping provider will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued in such cases. **PLEASE BE AWARE LIVESHIPPING WILL NOT SHIP GUNS, AMMO OR OTHER WEAPONS, WE HAVE A 3RD PARTY SHIPPER WHO WILL HANDLE IT. 6. PREBIDDING vs ONLINE BIDDING. All platforms offer pre-bidding. However, you will only be the "high bidder" on your platform. There may be higher bids on the other platforms that exceed your bid. We encourage you to bid LIVE when able. Otherwise, you will need to put your highest max bid in, in an attempt to secure the bid.

7. FORFEITURE OF ITEMS. Failure to pick up items during the scheduled pick-up times, failure to complete shipping or having items returned from the shipper due to not being able to connect with you will result in forfeiture of items, there will be no exceptions.

8. REFUNDS. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions. No warranties or guarantees.

9. TAXES & EXEMPTION. Due to auction website guidelines all bidder's subject to pay sales tax (either in your state of residence or KY, depending on where possession is taken) unless you are tax exempt. If you are tax exempt, you will need to have the tax exemption documentation already added to your account prior to participating in our auction. Swisher Bros. Auction has no authority to remove taxes off an invoice and the invoice payment will be due in full. Please call the auction site home office for assistance.

10. CONDITION / REPORTS. Items are likely to be previously owned, Buyer must rely on own visual inspection regarding the usability of items purchased. Auctioneer and staff make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied. Any condition statement given is done as a courtesy to a potential bidder or Buyer, is done so as honestly and accurately as possible to the best of our knowledge, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Swisher Bros. Auction shall have no responsibility for any error or omission in description. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that a lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. 11. ANNOUNCEMENTS. Announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over printed material or any oral statements that have been made. Once the auctioneer says sold that item becomes yours. All sales are final. Items may be added, withdrawn, updated or corrected without notice prior to the sale date and time. 12. RESERVE. In the event a consignor requests a reserve price, neither Auctioneer, Agents nor the Sellers shall disclose the minimum reserve price. As agents of the seller, we have a fiduciary responsibility to not disclose the reserve price.

13. OTHER. In person federal background checks $10 per application. In the event an item is shipped by us directly the buyer will be required to pay for packing supplies as well as shipping. 14. CONSIGNORS RIGHTS. The consignor has the right to place a reserve on any item. The auction house will not disclose the reserve price. Consignors are also able to update/remove any lots up until the item is sold. In rare instances the item may be unable to be removed from the auction platform due to timing and would be "passed" in the auction. At no time will an item that is passed be sold to a bidder.

15. ERRORS. Any and all selling errors that might or could happen, whether by electronic or human, are accidental and never intentional or malicious. Item pickup is available only Monday 6/8/26 and Tuesday 6/9/26 located at 471 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville KY 40065 between 10:00AM and 4:00PM EST. Please ensure you collect your items during these hours. Any items not picked up, or invoices not paid and arranged, will be considered forfeited. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for forfeited items. 1. REGISTRATION. All bidding is open to the public. However, you must first read the terms and conditions before registering to bid as they are strictly adhered to and contain important information. 2. MULTI-PLATFORM BIDDING. All auctions are conducted simultaneously across multiple online bidding platforms. Bids shown as a "Floor Bidder" represent bidders participating from another platform.You may appear as the High Bidder on your selected platform but must outbid all competing bidders across every platform to win the lot. Platform notifications or pop-ups may not reflect the final result; the invoice issued by Swisher Bros. Auction determines the official winning bid. Pre-bidders are encouraged to bid at least one increment above their intended maximum. However, bidding LIVE during the auction provides the best opportunity to secure your item, as it allows you to continue bidding in real time against competing bidders. 3. PAYMENT. Invoices will be sent within 24 hours after the sale. Please make your payment online where available, during pick up with cash or good check or by credit card (3% card fee applies). Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction. Auto Pay will attempt the Tuesday following the sale at 4pm. If no payment is made, or payment is declined your account will be disputed and banned from future sales. 4. PICK-UP. Pick up for this specific auction will be Monday 6/8/26 and Tuesday 6/9/26 located at471 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville KY 40065. While you are welcome to set up your own transport service, the pickup conditions still apply. Failure to collect your winnings in the given timeframe, or make payment and shipping arrangements will result in forfeiture of items with no exceptions, no refunds will be given. 5. SHIPPING. LiveAuctioneers require us to participate in LiveShipping, which we do. However the LiveShipping and our long term 3rd Party Shipper are now one in the same. We recommend selecting Self-Ship and this will get your items ready for shipping. Once your invoice is paid and a shipping method has been chosen, we will coordinate with the selected shipping provider to arrange pickup of your items. When the shipper has taken possession of your items, we will notify you via the email address on file. From that point forward, communication and coordination regarding delivery will be between you and the shipper. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for forfeited items. 1. REGISTRATION. All bidding is open to the public. However, you must first read the terms and conditions before registering to bid as they are strictly adhered to and contain important information. 2. MULTI-PLATFORM BIDDING. All auctions are conducted simultaneously across multiple online bidding platforms. Bids shown as a "Floor Bidder" represent bidders participating from another platform.You may appear as the High Bidder on your selected platform but must outbid all competing bidders across every platform to win the lot. Platform notifications or pop-ups may not reflect the final result; the invoice issued by Swisher Bros. Auction determines the official winning bid. Pre-bidders are encouraged to bid at least one increment above their intended maximum.
