Each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the auctioneer declares the item sold. All sales are final. All purchases must be paid for today, regardless of when they are removed unless arrangements are made with Estate Consultants. By bidding you are agreeing to the terms of this auction. Your bid is to be considered a binding legal agreement. All payment for purchases MUST be made within 3 days of the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by the bidder and Estate Consultants. Those items that remain unpaid after 5 days will be placed in storage with a storage fee of $20.00 per day being levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage more than 10 days will be considered forfeit . The cost of the item and all storage fees will be the responsibility of the buyer of record to pay. After 5 days from the forfeiture any remaining unpaid balance will be turned over to a collection agency.

This is an estate auction with selected additions containing a diverse collection of fine antique furniture, jewelry, artwork, sterling, 17th through 20th century objects of virtue, coins, sports memorabilia, guns, edged weapons collections, powderhorn collection, 1930 Ford Model A 2 Door Sedan, Antique Player Grand Piano, Magnificent Antique "Polyphon" Upright Disc Music Box, large Library, Postcards, Political items, Ephemera and Fine Antique Oriental Rugs. The principal was an 80 year old batchelor with an interest in history. Of particular interest to him were any American Military Conflicts. There are items in this estate from the French & Indian War through World War Two. He was a truck driver and as a result of this profession, he was able to visit many battlefields and other historic sites along the East Coast. He was collecting at a time when there was not such keen attention payed to preserving battlefields. What he found with a metal detector or by digging, he kept.
