Auction begins to close at 7 PM on Thursday, May 28, 2026. Pick-up of items will be BY APPOINTMENT on Friday, May 29, between 12 Noon and 6:30 PM at the home near E. Weber Rd. & Dreseden St., Columbus Ohio 43211. If you are the high bidder, you will receive an emailed notification that your invoice is ready to view on the website after all items in the auction have closed; your invoice will include a link to sign up for your pickup appointment. All items must be paid for and removed at these times, with no exceptions (except for the piano as noted in the otem description). There is no shipping or delivery available for this auction. Loading help will NOT be available; be sure you bring adequate help to safely move and load your items from where they are located now (indicated on Lot Details page) into your vehicle. Also, bring boxes or totes and packing materials if you purchased items that may need to be packed, as items will not be packed up for you.
Buyer's Premium of 13% will be added to the final bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash payments. Ohio sales tax will be collected unless you have a valid exemption on file with us. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. You may pay by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. All items are purchased AS-IS, WHERE-IS.
