AUCTION CLOSE: Tuesday June 2nd, 2026 at 9:00PM Central standard time REMOVAL DATES: Saturday June 6th from 11:00AM - 6:00PM Central time Monday June 8th from 11:00AM - 6:00PM Central time *Please make sure to schedule a removal time as this is a large auction. IF showing up with no scheduled time slot, buyers with scheduled time lot will be taken care of first. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: There is A LOT of heavy machinery, large equipment and furniture. YOU will need to bring your own muscle and tools for removal. For smaller items will need to provide your own containers for removal. MAJ will not have enough boxes and containers to provide help. MAJ will not be held responsible to assist with removal of any items. If items are not paid for after June 8th, next day after last removal date, will be charged a $10 holding fee, and $5 each day after. SHIPPING: Shipping is available upon request with majority of items. There will be a $5 surcharge for each transaction needing shipped. Shipping will not start until after the removal dates are completed.
