**Green Light vehicles: buyer will have until 1PM day of the auction to arbitrate any vehicle purchased. IF there is a problem, it must be the engine or transmission only & must be at least $600.00 or more for repairs and must go through the arbitration process which is where a mobile mechanic comes in to determine the problem. There is a $60 fee for arbitration - if refunded the seller pays the fee, if not refunded then the buyer pays the fee.

ALL BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN A $500 CASH DEPOSIT FOR BIDDING APPROVAL - BOTH LIVE BIDDING AND ONLINE BIDDING - UNTIL YOU ARE AN ESTABLISHED CUSTOMER, FAILURE TO PAY FOR YOUR VEHICLE FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

**ALL VEHICLES PURCHASED THAT ARE SOLD AS "RED LIGHT" ARE NON REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS**

1. Bidder must present a valid driver's license.
2 .Upon winning online bid, the bidder will be sent an invoice for the total amount due and will then come in and pay cash and pick up vehicle. Keys will be issued once the vehicle is paid in full. Payment in full may be made with Cash/Cashier's Check/Money Order - NO CREDIT CARDS OR PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME FOR PAYMENT!!
3. The bidders information will be used to prepare the title.
4. In the event you would like the title written in someone else's name, they must present their valid drivers license day of Auction with a $25 fee.
5. Once the title work has been processed there is a $100.00 fee to have it changed. Please provide the auction house with the correct buyers name, address and info, to avoid this fee!
6. ALL RED LIGHT CARS are sold 'AS IS' and all sales are final!!! Auction company neglecting any details about the vehicle does not agree to any refunds or arbitrations. We suggest you inspect the vehicle before bidding or call office with any questions or concerns.
7. PAYMENT: Payment in full must be made before noon Monday (following Saturday's auction). Late payment will be subject to a $100.00 late fee and will only be allowed at the discretion of POWELL AUCTION.
8. GUARANTEES: "Yellow Light" vehicles have additional announcements, please listen to Auctioneer. "Red Light" vehicles are sold "AS-IS" and are sold with NO GUARANTEE.
9. Vehicles not removed from the auction premises by 5 pm on TUESDAY will result in an additional fee of $20.00 per day unless other arrangements are made with auction office.
10. Powell Auction will not be responsible for any vehicles left on the premises.
11. I understand that this agreement and all rights of the parties there-under, shall be governed by the laws of the County of Knox, State of Tennessee and any action brought by either party shall be brought in the Courts of the State of Tennessee. In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of Tennessee govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto.
12. Vehicles purchased from Powell Auction are eligible for a 60 day temp tag to all non dealers.
13. The descriptions listed and pictures displayed in the online catalog for each vehicle are used for a guide and a tool for the buyer/bidder and ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE. Please call Auction to clarify questions on pictures or descriptions. For best assessment, come in person from 9 am to 5 pm, Friday the day before each auction.
14. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of owner up to and reserve price set on the items being sold. All items are sold with reserve unless noticed otherwise.

$1 - $999 = $200
$1000 - $1999 = $300
$2000 - $2999 = $400
$3000 - $8000 = $500
$8001 - $ABOVE = $800
