3.3 Miles South of OH-82 on OH-83 (Avon Belden Rd.).  Off-Road parking, weather permitting.  Selling in 2 rings.  Lunch stand will be onsite.  Check the online ad the week before the sale for updates and more photos.

Saturday, June 20th, 2026 – 9:00 AM

Auction Preview and bidder registration starts at 8 AM on sale day.  Auction starts at 9 AM.  Selling in 2 rings - 1st crew will start at 9 AM on tools and shop items inside the shop.  2nd crew will start at 9:15 on engines, misc. small equipment, and scrap in outside rows.  Should be on vehicles and larger equipment by 11 AM.  

Some off-road parking is available onsite in the yard and pasture  - pull all the way down the driveay past the barns and house (very long driveway).  Additional parking is available along both sides of the driveway - either back into a spot off the driveway or pull over far enough to leave room for vehicles to pass through.  Trailer parking will be a challenge...it may be best to leave your trailer at home and come back after the auction, if necessary.  Parking along Rt. 83 is NOT ADVISED, due to safety, but if you choose to do so you will need to be COMPLETELY off of the road pavement.

Telehandler loading assistance is available on sale day after the auction ends, and on Monday, June 22.  After Monday all loading and removal will be up to the buyers.  Lot will be open for self-loading on Sunday June 21, but we will not have staff or equipment onsite to assist.
