All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is", All Sales are final, Rocking T Auction makes no Warranty - implied or expressed.

Firearms Purchasing: All purchasers of Fire Arms must have a Current Permit to Purchase, Permit to Carry. If not the Purchasesr must pass a FBI NICS background check. Out of State purchasers must have the Firearm shipped to a FFL Dealer in their State. If Shipping is required it will be sent to an FFL Dealer - No Exceptions!
Transfers will be done here at the Auction House for $30 per Firearm. We are a Federal Firearms Lisc. Holder paper work will be done on all Firearms, with the exception of Black Powder Firearms.

Shipping: Is available on most Lots at $13.00 per Box packing, plus the actual Shipping Cost.
A Minimum of $8.00 per PaddedEnvelope plus Shipping Cost.
Fire Arms: Shipping is $13/Box plus the Actual Shipping Cost quoted by USPS as well as the $30 per Firearm Transfer Fee.
Please note we will not ship Gun Powder, Black Powder, Fish Mounts, Deer Mounts or Prints with Glass - these are local pickup only. We will not Ship Firearms or Ammunition to California, Illinois or New York.

We do not allow Bidders to Send their own Shipping Labels. We pack everything in House and utilize Shipping Saint to Invoice Shipping Fees from the Buyers and find the most reasonable rates for us.

3.5% Credit Card Convenience Fee ( Credit Cards will be ran immediatley following the Close of the Auction, unless prior arrangements have been made. Any Invoices over $1000 will be charged for $1000 and the balance must be paid for by Cash, Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer unless the Buyer has a prior History with Rocking T Auction and is in good standing. All Outstanding Invoices must be paid for within 5 Days of the Auction Close.

When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction with all faults or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.
Rocking T Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition. Once the item leaves the Auction House/Lot it is not returnable for any reason.

Auction Preview is available by appointment or on May19th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.

Pickup Date & Information: Wednesday May 27th 8:30am - 6:00pm & May 28th 8:30am - 6:00pm by Appointment Only. To make appointment please respond to a Text or e mail sent out from Shipping Saint after the Auction Closes, to schedule a pickup time. If an alternate pickup date is desired a $25 charge will be paid in cash to reschedule a pickup.

Unless alternate pick up arrangements are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot, per day Storage for up to 5 days. Anything after 5 days will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund , items will then become the propertry of Rocking T Auction.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be banned from bidding at our future Auctions as well as Negative Comments passed on to other Auctioneers using HiBid.

Bidders acknowledge that Internet Service interputions can occur from time to time and that Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
Rocking T Auction encourages Bidders to place Max Bids on items prior to the start of the Auction to help counter any Internet interuptions which may cause missed Bids during the Auction.
