LARGE ESTATE & HOUSEHOLD AUCTION

MAY 30th, 10:AM, 1835 S PLEASANTS HIGHWAY, ST. MARYS WV

From thee intersection of Route 2 and the Ohio River bridge in St. Marys, continue on Route 2 for 3/4 miles. Sale is on the Left.

This will be the 5th and last sale from the incredible Art Glass collection of the late James Melvin Clark of New Martinsville, plus household furnishings from Louise McLaughlin who is moving from Harmony acres, in St. Marys, to Pennsylvania. In addition, we will be selling several smaller consignments I have been holding in Storage due to the unusually cold weather at the beginning of this Calendar year.

AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: As with all of our sales you are welcome to leave your seat and walk up to the sale table to get a closer look at what is being sold. However, for your convenience numerous small items such as those found in Jewelry, Knickknacks, coins & glassware will be pictured on our large screen TV while they are being sold and they can be seen from anywhere in the room.

This sale contains Dining, Living, and Bedroom Furniture, Vintage Art Glass from Fostoria, Viking, Imperial, Fenton, and many others including Murano I think. There are many cartons of glass still left in wrapping that we just browsed through and it is impossible to remember every producer until we unwrap again and that won't be completed until several days prior to the sale. We will be selling some glassware in individual pieces, some in sets, some in mixed flats, and still more in tubs & boxes. This was a prime collection with no "Junk". If you are an Antique Dealer, Collector, on-line, or Flea Market seller, you should try to make this sale. We have vintage Fishing equipment (Fly rod & reel. Spinning, and casting, plus tackle box full), Large H.O. Train set collection including a complete Bachman Spectrum Passenger Train new in the boxes, there are power & hand tools plus shop hardware (Nails, screws etc.), Art work (over 50 pictures & frames), Antiques & Collectibles of numerous varieties, huge lot of Designer Costume jewelry (some Sterling. No Gold as of yet,,,still sorting), Vintage ATARI game equipment and manuals, 48 Star American flag, plus many more categories and items too numerous to list.  Picture Gallery just starting: Estimating 300-400 pictures

TERMS OF SALE: Cash, Check (with good ID) or major Credit Card. AUCTIONEER: R. James (Jim) Buck WV #271 & Lowell Goff WV #330

Sale is indoors, so come "rain or shine". All items sold "as is where is". All sales final.  Announcements "Day of Sale" take precedence to any other information printed or otherwise conveyed. You are responsible for all of your items following purchase. If you cannot haul all of your purchased items due to weather or Cargo space, they may be left in Sale Building at your own risk for pick-up by appointment no longer than 2 weeks.
