Terms and Conditions - By Placing a Bid You Agree to the Following:

Before placing your first bid, you must read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. By checking the box to register and placing your first bid, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms.

General Auction Terms:
Acceptance of Terms- By registering for and placing bids in this online auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not participate in the auction.

Auction Overview: The auction will begin closing on Wed, June 3, 2026 starting at 4:00 pm EST. The closing of each lot will be staggered with 20 seconds between lots. If a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of an item�s closing, that lot will automatically extend for an additional 2 minutes.

Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person prior to bidding. Questions about items or additional photos may be requested before the auction closes.

Bidding and Payment Terms:Bidding Requirements: You must be 18 years or older to participate in this auction. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. All bids are final and cannot be retracted or canceled once placed. By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full bid amount, plus applicable taxes, buyer�s premium, and shipping/handling fees.

Payment Methods - Credit Card: The credit card used for registration will be charged at the end of the auction.Other Payment Options: Cash, NYS check, certified check, or wire transfer may be requested, but you must notify us by 4:00 PM on the day prior to the close of the auction if you wish to use any of these methods.

Buyer�s Premium: A 13% buyer�s premium will be added to your winning bid amount.
Sales Tax: A 7.5% NYS sales tax will apply to all New York State residents. If you are tax-exempt, please submit your resale certificate before the auction closes. Once payments are processed, we cannot refund sales tax.

Invoices and Payment Timing: Invoices will be emailed to the winning bidders after the auction ends.

Payment is due immediately after the auction closes. Any Declined cards or Cash/ wire transfer requested buyers MUST make payment by next business day.

Requirement: First-time buyers, out-of-state, or out-of-country buyers spending over $1,000 are required to pay with certified funds only (wire transfer, certified bank check, or cashier's check).

Condition Reports: All items are as is condition. All were tested by school and were in working condition. All items may have marks, dents or other outer conditions but all are in sound working condition when used last. Please bid accordingly. Preview can be made available all days leading up to auction please call or email to make an appointment.


Buyer�s Premium and Chargebacks:
Buyer�s Premium:All purchases are subject to a 13% buyer�s premium, which will be added to your final bid amount.
No Chargebacks:By placing a bid, you agree that chargebacks will not be accepted.

It is the buyer�s responsibility to pick up after auction.


FINAL NOTE:
AS-IS Condition & Lot Descriptions:All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS".
This means that all purchases are final, and there are no returns or refunds.

Lot Descriptions: The descriptions provided for each lot are intended as a guide and represent the best effort to accurately describe the item(s) based on available information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the item descriptions, including but not limited to counts, condition, or specifics of any lot.
There is the possibility of error in the descriptions or catalog listings, and we are not responsible for any omissions or inaccuracies.

Buyer�s Responsibility: We strongly encourage all buyers to review the photos and contact us via email with any questions or requests for additional information before placing a bid.If you have any doubts or need clarification, please reach out before the auction ends.Once a bid is placed, you are agreeing to purchase the item(s) as described and as shown in the photos, with all inherent risks.
