All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. Bidder inspection is encouraged, by placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine the items. The auction company reserves the right to reject any bid at their sole discretion, and the auction company reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

The auctioneer, staff and seller reserve the right to bid and participate in the auction in the case they have a bona fide intent to purchase items.

BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY: After a bidder has won the bid with his/her high bid, he/she may have become the new owner of the item, even though he/she may not have paid for the item yet. The item(s) becomes the full and sole responsibility of the Buyer at this point, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss, theft and damage. Buyers should guard their items accordingly and insure all items at the time of sale. All Items must be removed during posted pickup times unless arrangements have been previously made with auction company.

NOTE: Please come prepared with your own packing materials and loading assistance. Local Pickup. Shipping Available at buyers' expense on most items. Shipping request must be received prior to auction pickup time. Your items will be package, weighed and your card charged for shipping plus a minimum of $10.00 packing fee. SALES TAX WILL APPLY. Only small items will be shipped. No large, heavy or odd shaped items that need to be crated or special packaging.
