VEHICLE PURCHASE & TITLE TERMS

Driver’s License Requirement:
All purchasers of vehicles must present a valid driver’s license at the time of purchase. Gary’s Auto will retain a copy of the driver’s license for their records. For purchases made through the online bidding platform, a copy of your valid driver’s license must be submitted to Gary’s Auto via email or text message prior to the completion of the transaction.

Title Transfer:
The name appearing on the purchase invoice and the registered bidder’s driver’s license will be the name to which the vehicle title is transferred. No exceptions will be made to this policy. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure their registration information is accurate prior to bidding.

Vehicle Paperwork & Titling:
All titled vehicle documentation and paperwork will be processed and retained by Gary’s Auto in accordance with their state-issued dealer license requirements. Gary’s Auto assumes full responsibility for all title and documentation handling.

Role of Hoge Auctioneering LLC:
Hoge Auctioneering LLC is acting solely as an agent to conduct the auction and establish the selling price. Hoge Auctioneering LLC bears no responsibility for title work, vehicle documentation, or any matters related to the transfer of ownership.

Payment & Title Release Policy:
Accepted Payment Methods for Titled Vehicles:
Titled vehicles may only be purchased using the following accepted forms of payment: Cash, Check, or Wire Transfer. Credit cards will not be accepted as a form of payment for any titled vehicle purchases. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

• Check Payments: Purchasers paying by check for a titled vehicle should be aware that the title will be held for 7 to 10 business days pending clearance of the check through the bank. The title will be released only upon confirmation of cleared funds.
• Cash Payments: Purchasers paying in cash on the day of the auction will receive their title at the time of purchase, provided all required paperwork has been properly completed and signed.
• Wire Transfer Payments: For purchases made via wire transfer, the title will be released upon confirmation that funds have been successfully received and verified by Gary’s Auto. Payment must be made before the item is released. You must have a pink load out invoice to load out. There will be a $10 handling fee for all titles.
