Credit Card transactions add 3% transaction fee. All items sold AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, utilize preview day to make final determinations on items of interest. Buyers must rely on their own inspection to determine qualities related to value of items for bidding. Inspection day TBD. 10% Buyers Premium applies to all winning bids to determine final selling price. Leist Auctioneers acts as an agent for the seller and is not responsible for accidents, nor warranties of condition stated or implied by the seller. All buyer settlements must be made at or before load out. Load out by appointment determined by sign up link that accompanies invoice, difficulties using link can be resolved by calling or texting (preferred) Owen at 231-838-9771. Load out day (6/12/26 from 1pm-4pm). Buyer’s must bring help for loading. We cannot have our staff lifting and carrying heavy items. |
