BRICKS AUCTION CENTER cannot combine standard shippable items with oversize and breakable item shipments. If any employee or agent of BRICKS AUCTION CENTER packs or transports the merchandise, it is fully at risk, responsibility, and expense of the buyer BRICKS AUCTION CENTER shall not be held liable for any loss or damage that may be caused by the said agent or employee. Shipping will occur within 2-14 business days from the date payment is received. Any risk to the item(s) during transit via UPS, or any other carrier is at risk of the buyer. Buyer releases BRICKS AUCTION CENTER from all claims for loss or theft to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorneys fees, for any claims brought against BRICKS AUCTION CENTER for loss or theft occurring during transit.
