BIDDING FORMAT AND CLOSING: This is a timed auction, closing 3 lots per minute, with a 2-minute extension in the event a bid is placed at the last second.

4.Auction Company reserves the right to solicit absentee bids from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restriction on employees and/or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on behalf of Auction Company or Auction Company's consignors and or sellers.

PICK-UP TERMS: You will receive an email with a link shortly after the auction ends to schedule your pickup appointment. All items must be paid in full prior to or at time of pickup. Contact Dustin Spencer @ 717-203-3225 to make alternate pickup arrangements.

ALL Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help (Labor) to assist with pickup and loading, as well as their own packing supplies (Boxes, wrapping paper, packing pads, etc.). The Auction Company does not provide manpower for pickup or loading.

If a pickup time is not scheduled or arrangements made for pickup within 3 business days of auction close, all items we deem shippable will be prepared for shipment. An invoice will be sent for shipping costs, if not paid within 14 days items are considered abandoned and NO REFUND on will be issued.

SHIPPING TERMS: NO SHIPPING OF LARGE ITEMS, BULK LOTS, LARGE FRAMED PRINTS, HAZARDOUS CONTENT, LIQUID FILLED, OR FURNITURE. The Auction

Company reserves the right to deny shipping of any and all items due to fragility, and or size of lot or individual item. WE STRIVE to offer quality service to all of our customers. Please contact Auction Company prior to bidding to confirm availability of shipping on any questionable items. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO PAY ENTIRE THE COST OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

A Maximum handling/packaging fee is charged IN ADDITION TO the shipping cost. We ship the least expensive way, but the final decision is at the discretion of the Auction Company. Safety of your items is our foremost priority. We will not ship without insurance. We are not an international mega shopping site and do NOT offer free shipping. Our shipping rates are NOT affected or influenced by purchase price. We do use a shipping program to manage and control costs and provide efficiency for our valued customers.

If item is shippable according to auction co, in-house shipping is available for $8/small, padded envelope or $12/box to U.S. addresses. Insurance and shipping charges are in addition to packaging fees. We will automatically assume that shipping is needed for anyone out of the state of PA or beyond 2-hour drive, unless other arrangements are made.

An alternate third-party shipper may be utilized for oversized items at the discretion of the Auction Company. The Auction Company has no control over their fees for packing and shipping. A handling fee may be charged by the Auction Company to the buyer for transport of the item(s) to the third-party shipper, not to exceed $25 per item. This then becomes a transaction between the third-party shipper and the buyer. Should the buyer’s credit card decline for packing and shipping (third-party or in-house), the Item(s) will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company and/or seller with NO REFUND to BUYER. The BUYER assumes ALL risk of loss, upon delivery to the third-party shipper. Should BUYER reject the third-party shipper's packing and shipping charges, the Item/s will be considered abandoned, and ownership reverts to Auction Company with NO REFUND to BUYER, at which time the Auction Co. may resell said item/s and retain ALL proceeds as liquidated damages and related costs of removal or disposal.

ANY and ALL unclaimed and/or un-shippable items remaining will be considered ABANDONED without confirmation or notice to bidder/buyer. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership.

Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
