PLEASE NOTE: Do NOT attempt to bid from your phone. Cell phone reception has "lag time" and are seconds behind the bidding site. Thus, if someone is bidding via desktop/laptop, their bid is hitting the bidding program faster than those that are bidding via cell phone, so bidding system will accept the bid it recieves 1st. That proves to be crucial when lots start closing at the end and more than one bidder attempting to bid on an item. Winning bidders are responsible for getting help, if needed, for removal including boxes and furniture dolly, if needed.

Jim and Mary have decided that is time to enjoy retirement so this sale is for selling: household & personal property as well as shop equipment and farm/livestock items, to the highest bidder with NO RESERVES. Also will include equipment used in our online auction business that no longer have use for. 'This auction will be uploaded more than once.as we continue with lotting.
