By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction. All lots sold at auction are final. Any buyer that is new to our online auctions will be a �first time� buyer and shall only pay with a cashier�s check, unless otherwise arranged between the auctioneer & the buyer.
If you are a customer that wishes to pick items up and pay with cash, please let us know so we can enter your information appropriately in the system.
We are changing our payment method for this auction and auctions moving forward. We are no longer using GLOBAL PAYMENTS. GLOBAL PAYMENTS had all card information on file in order for them to automatically charge your card on file after the auctions.
We are making our main payment provider, Square. We have been apart of Square for several years using them for our onsite auctions and have had great success with them. This move is to better serve our customers with their preferred payment method (Master Card, Visa, Discover Card) and so, we have your card information on file with Square instead of GLOBAL, a third-party business.
In order to make this transition, we will make all customers a �cash buyer� and will ask that our customers contact us to provide credit card information that can be saved and retained for your future purchases using Square as our online payment service. Once credit card information is received, this will give Lesh Houck Auctioneers consent to charge your card.
Another benefit moving forward is that you will see only one charge made on your card vs. two. With Global Payments your card would be charged for the items purchased and then a separate charge if you were requesting shipping.
For shipment of items, WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE U.S. TERRITORY UNLESS A SHIPPING LABELS ARE PROVIDED! Buyers will need to contact Lesh Houck Auctioneers to arrange shipping, please provide shipping preferences and address to which to ship to. If any buyer needs to have an item(s) shipped to them, they will also pay a $3.00 per package handling fee in addition to the shipping & 3.5% CC fee. If we do not hear from you within 3 business days after the end of the auction, we will attempt to contact you for preference for shipping (UPS/USPS/FED-X). After credit card payment has been approved and received the shipment will be mailed out within 5 to 10 business days depending on shipping preferences, volume & shipping location. Not responsible for any damaged or lost items under any circumstances. Items that we are unable to ship, buyers will need to pick items up on the scheduled date & time of pickup. If you do not pick your winning bid items up or contact us for other arrangements within the 3 business day time frame, we will then attempt to contact you to make arrangements.
