Shade Auctions Bid Terms:
Upon registration, bidder accepts terms of this Auction.

1- Registration Required with a valid credit card. 15% buyers Premium. WV Bidders- Please Be Sure Your Credit Card Info is Up to Date- Your Card will be Charged Immediately After Auction Ends. Martinsburg Location is for Pick-Up Only.

2- Before you bid, Know that the items are required to be removed from the auction location on the designated pick up day or make plans to have it shipped/Delivered. Items not picked up on designated pick up day will be Packed up & Shipped to you (I will Charge your Card on File w/$3 Handling Fee) or Sold to Back-Up Bidder or Listed on the Next Auction- And you will not be able to bid on future Auctions. Sorry- I Do NOT Have the Space to Store your Items.

3- Shipping & Delivery is available on all Items. Please get a quote before you bid. *NOTE* There is a $3 Handling Fee on all shipping (This Covers the cost of Labor & Packing Materials)

4-Shade Auctions are not responsible for any "'Miscued" bids by bidder. Example- Decimal in wrong place, or you bid on wrong item, etc...

5- All Items on Our Auctions have been Inspected & Tested before we list them.. and are GUARANTEED 100% (Unless otherwise noted). Shade Auctions describes all items exactly as we see them. You may call/ Text if you have questions about a specific item. ( Dave 304-279-4207) If a refund is Due- It will be a credit on a future Auction. NOTE: All Jewelry is not tested by me. Bid on what you see in the pictures- No Refunds will be given on them.

6- By Bidding on any item, The bidder shows acceptance of the terms of this auction.

7- Shade Auctions reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to anyone.

8- All Jewelry is Sold AS IS. I tell you exactly what is written on every Piece. You See What I See. ALL First Time Gold Buyers MUST Pay by Cash or Money Order (No Exceptions)

9- Product Pick-Up Will Be the Thurdsay Fiollowing the End of the Auction in TWO Locations at the same time- 3-6pm. . 1230 Winchester Ave Martinsburg, WV (Back Lot of Flohr Pools) & 328 Wayburn St Greencastle Pa.
