Cash day of sale or check with proper ID. Nothing removed until settled for. All items sell as-is, where-is with no warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence regarding any items purchased.
Firearm purchases: All bidders - may pickup long guns (shotguns/rifles/black powder) at Spencer Auction Facility day of auction or Monday, June 29th by appointment. Any other times by appointment. Must bring valid ID, fill out 4473. Background check will be required for the following: 1. Iowa resident without a valid permit to carry (must bring at time of pickup if you have a permit) or 2. Out of State resident picking up a long gun. Out of State Handgun Purchase: If you are an out of state resident purchasing a handgun, that firearm MUST go to your state of residence for transfer. Please have your FFL designated with their contact information. Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost to their state of residence FFL. You are responsible for knowing your state/county/municipality laws regarding the purchase. WE WILL NOT SHIP AMMUNITION - any ammunition purchase must be picked up from the Spencer Groups Facility. |
