Auction Start: The auction will open Friday, May 29, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.
Auction Close: The auction will begin closing at 7:00 PM CDT, Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Payment terms: Terms are wire transfer, ACH, or cashier's check only. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Payment is due withing 72 hours after auction. Starting bid is $1000 on all auction items. Buyer's premium: There is a 5% buyer's premium on all purchases. Previews of Items: Items may be viewed by appointment only. Please call our office 712-487-3542 during normal business hours of 9:00 AM CDT - 1:00 PM CDT, Monday through Friday to make an appointment. Pick up of items: Pick up of items is by appointment only. Items are located at various locations around Treynor and Neola, IA. Payment is required prior to pick up. All items to be picked no later than July 15, 2026 unless arrangements have been made with our office prior to bidding. Any items remaining after the designated pick up times will become property of Menke Auction and Realty. BE SURE TO BRING PLENTY OF HELP IF LOADING YOUR ITEMS. Loading assistance will not be provided by the auction company nor sellers. Our office number is 712-487-3542. Shipping of items: SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS AUCTION.
