You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We also are selling the most beautiful Italian, hand painted ceramic table with iron chairs… the perfect ensemble to relax, enjoy the warm summer nights while you sip Limoncello… VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ This sale is only two days… Thursday, June 4 from 10-2 Friday, June 5 from 10-2 Buying large items will require you to pay for a mover… I have already spoken to Leo of Leo’s Delivery Service. They will be standing by and ready to help. Everything must be out by 2 pm Friday, June 5…. No exceptions. We do not have access Saturday! Payment cash , Zelle, or check (from regular customers only. Since this estate is on the oceanfront, cellular service is not strong making paying by Zelle challenging but not impossible. It may just take a few minutes for everything to go through.
