Bidders have the option of coming to pick up their won items friday post auction, when they can then pay with cash or check.. All sales subject to 6% MD sales tax. Everything sold as is. Payment will be proccessed on all won items , all items MUST be picked up on Thursday from 9:00 AM til 4 PM, if not picked up, cards will be charge the next day and at week end of the sale the property becomes the auction company's again.
