HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
This is one of the first tall buildings in Wichita! It was built in 1928, stands at 10 floors, and has housed several businesses, restaurants, and clubs over the years! This is an eclectic collection that has entire floors of items! It’s time to clean out the precious furniture, catering / venue items, some antiques, maintenance, and office items. All of it is brought down to the main floor for your convenience! So, if you have a building this large and don’t want to give up your accoutrements to the new owner, you too can make some $ off a sale like this! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

PLEASE NOTE:
Parking is very limited!  We are doing pickup outside of parking lot fees, but beware!  Everything is on the main floor. Bring helpers, furniture dollies, and a two-wheeler as needed!
