We will need plenty of cooperation from our customers attending this sale. There will be no customer vehicles allowed on the property due to tight logistics and layout of the estate grounds. Parking is allowed on side streets on grassy areas where there is no ditch. 10' of median belongs to the City of Oxford, but these parking areas also are maintained by residents, so be considerate when parking being careful not to block other driveways/mailboxes. We will have a 6 seater golf cart as well as a small truck to transport purchased items to a staging area near the entrance. It is a steep walk up the driveway to the estate sale, so be prepared to spend some time. We may have to limit access due to amount of contents coupled with safe capacity for attending customers.
