All Sales are final. Cash preferred, $50 minimum on credit/debit cards (with appropriate identification). Sales taxes are collected.

Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time because of the crowded conditions. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents.

BECAUSE OF THE HEAT WE WILL OPEN THE GARAGE EACH DAY FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 10:00 A.M. ONLY.  SO, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN GARAGE STUFF.....COME EARLY.  IT MAY NOT BE OPEN THE REST OF THE DAY.

If you are a collector of anything - or you just need some gently used household goods and furniture then you'll want to make time to see this sale.  When you look at these pictures, keep in mind that some of the rooms were definitely BEFORE we worked our magic! This house is full and we are still sifting through everything.
