A) Bids will be accepted only through said website. Bidding will open at 12:00 PM EST on Friday, June 19th, 2026, and will end at 7:00 PM, on Monday, June 29th, 2026. D) The successful bidder will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction for arrangements to obtain electronic signature/s and tendering of the required deposit of $10,000.00.
