Directions: From I-69 & M-53 (Exit #168) intersection, turn south onto M-53 (S Van Dyke Rd.), go 3.5 miles, turn west onto Dryden Rd., go 4.5 miles, turn south onto Rochester Rd., go 7 miles, turn east onto Mack Rd., go half a mile, turn north onto Texter Rd. Or,  From M-24 & Burdick St. (Downtown Oxford) intersection, turn east onto Burdick St., go 6 miles, make a slight left onto Rochester Rd., turn east onto Mack Rd., go half a mile, turn north onto Texter Rd. Watch for auction signs. Auction location is approx. 3 miles south of downtown Leonard and 7.5 miles east of downtown Oxford.

Due to the passing of James & Ida Morgan, we will be selling the personal property at Live On-Site Auction to settle the Estate.
