By bidding at this auction, Bidders agree to be bound to the terms and conditions at this auction. Anyone is allowed to Bid at this Auction if they are pre-registered with Proxibid or Onsite with Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc. No Refunds / Chargebacks for any reason. Registration: All bidders must register their information such as name, address, and phone numbers prior to being accepted at this auction. Must have a current credit card on file. Any questions please feel free to contact Auction Company at 828-593-9649 or 828-593-9679 Buyer's Premium: Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc will charge and retain the 16% Buyers Premium Payment: Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express to be accepted at this auction. Wire Transfer will be accepted if the buyer Notifies Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc. at 828-593-9679 for a wire transfer information sheet. Checks to be accepted with a Bank Letter. Onsite Invoices need to be paid in full on Auction Day. Online Invoices to be Paid in Full by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 30th, 2026 by noon! Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged to each invoice. Online Buyers must email a certificate of resale prior to the close of lots to Payments@Proxibid.com. Onsite Buyers need to present Auction Company resale certificate. Shipping: Auction can help with shipping. Auction will charge an additional $5.00 per box to pack and ship items purchased at this Auction. Items will be shipped ASAP depends on the number of items being shipped. Picking up Items Purchased: Bring a paid invoice to be able to pick up items purchased. Pickup Dates are as follows: Sunday, June 28th - 10 am till 2 pm Monday and Tuesday, June 29th & 30th - 10 am till 6:00 pm All items need to be removed by Tuesday June 30th, by 6:00 pm. Unless other arrangements have been made. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned. Emails: Edward Johnson Auctioneers, Inc. will send emails out to promote our upcoming Auctions.
