Auction Terms & Conditions
By registering for and/or placing a bid in any online public auction conducted by A&S Auction Company, all bidders expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to read or understand these terms does not release any bidder from responsibility.

1. Bidder Registration and Approval
All bidders must complete registration through HiBid or any approved bidding platform. Bidder approval is granted solely at the discretion of A&S Auction Company based on the information provided, verification status, and prior bidding history.
A&S Auction Company reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to deny, suspend, restrict, or revoke bidding privileges at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause.

2. Condition of Items / As-Is, Where-Is
All items are sold strictly "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no warranties, guarantees, representations, or assurances of any kind, express or implied.
All descriptions, photographs, measurements, and condition statements are provided in good faith and are believed to be accurate; however, A&S Auction Company makes no warranty or guarantee regarding accuracy, completeness, authenticity, attribution, or condition.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to independently inspect and evaluate all items prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts full responsibility for determining condition, value, authenticity, and suitability, and expressly waives any claim related to description or condition.
A&S Auction Company utilizes AI-assisted description tools. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors or omissions may occur. A&S Auction Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies. Buyers are encouraged to call (610) 444-3398 with any questions prior to bidding.

3. Buyer's Premium
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids and shall be considered part of the total purchase price.

4. Sales Tax
All purchases are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax, unless a valid and current tax-exemption certificate is submitted and approved prior to the auction.

5. Payment Terms
Full payment is required immediately following the close of the auction unless otherwise stated. All invoices will be processed through HiBid or the designated payment system.
Failure to remit payment in full may result in cancellation of the invoice, forfeiture of awarded items, suspension from future auctions, and/or permanent bidding restrictions.
Any chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed transaction shall be considered a material breach of these Terms and may be pursued through civil and/or criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Final Sale / No Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be permitted under any circumstances.
Title, risk, and responsibility for all purchased items transfer to the Buyer at the moment the item is declared "SOLD."

7. Pick-Up Terms and Conditions
Buyers are solely responsible for the timely removal of all purchased items during the designated pick-up period.
Buyers are responsible for all packing, loading, transportation, and inspection at the time of pickup.
By taking possession of items, the Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect and accept the items in their current condition.
A&S Auction Company assumes no responsibility or liability for items once removed from the premises.
Any items not retrieved by the final scheduled pickup date will be held for up to 7 days with a storage fee of $5 per day. After 7 days, any unclaimed items will be deemed abandoned without further notice, forfeited without refund, and become the property of A&S Auction Company.

8. Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipping must be requested at the time of registration or within five (5) days following auction close. Failure to arrange shipping within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of items without refund.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery of items to the shipping provider. Large, fragile, or multi-item orders may require additional time.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer and are determined by the carrier. A&S Auction Company has no control over shipping rates or transit times.
All claims for damage, loss, or discrepancy must be reported directly to the shipping provider within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the shipment in full and in satisfactory condition.
A&S Auction Company is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage occurring during shipping.

9. Credit Card Authorization Policy
By registering, bidders authorize A&S Auction Company to charge the credit card on file for the full invoice amount immediately following auction close.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are processed separately.
It is the bidder's sole responsibility to ensure valid and sufficient payment information is on file.
Any declined, failed, or reversed payment may result in:
" Immediate suspension or permanent ban from future auctions
" Reporting to bidding platforms such as HiBid
" Legal action to recover unpaid amounts, where applicable
By registering and bidding, the bidder agrees to these terms in full.
