You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. Now to the sale.... What a nice estate!!! This sprawling Lemon Heights house is filled... Full of collections...Nice antiques, needlepoints, quilts, art glass, a significant collection of perfume bottles from Deco to art glass to Steuben to DeVilbiss, a significant collection of vintage costume jewelry...the dining table is completely filled....beads, amber, bakelite, pearls, so much more. Antique hutches, cabinets, curio cabinets, side tables, upholstered chairs and sectional, needlepoint..Piano, lamps, lighting, kitchen, more as we uncover. Large garage filled with tools, both manual and machine...significant equipment for furniture makers and repairmen...and those who make things as a hobby. Some outdoor items, furniture, patio, tools, etc. We will continue organizing Tustin now that Corona del Mar is finished and update with details and images later in the week. Just want to thank everyone who attended our spectacular sale on the oceanfront in Corona del Mar. We sold very well, making it a very successful sale.
Parking This sale is located on a large cut de sac with a few houses...Since we do not want to disturb neighbors or block driveways, etc., it may be necessary to park outside of the cul de sac and walk in to the sale. If you buy a lot, you are of course welcome to pull your car closer once you have paid and need to pick up your bags, boxes or small furniture. Large furniture will have to be moved by a mover at your expense. I will put you in touch with our preferred mover if necessary. |
