Cash and credit cards accepted, no checks. We collect sales tax, and our number is posted at the register. All items sold as is, where is. Please bring help to load your own items - we are a company providing a service to sell our client's belongings - not a moving company. We provide packing materials and bags. A holding table is available for you to hold your intended purchases while you continue shopping. Just fill out a "hold for_______" tag and place it with your treasures. Please do not call or text for prices or pre sales. It is our policy. On Thursday, our prices are firm and not negotiable. Markdowns start on Friday, and continue on Saturday.

AT YOUR SERVICE ESTATE SALES, LLC, presents another great sale! Located in the highlands in south Lakeland, this home is packed with so many treasures, it will last three days. Antique and contemporary furniture, collectibles, furnishings, glassware and china, linens, pictures, rugs, and more. One of the owners was a librarian, so there is an infinite number of books; hardbacks, soft backs, paperbacks, coffee table books, filling up two rooms. Beautiful books in great condition, all topics. Old books, too. We'll take photos of the bookcases once they are loaded, so the titles may be seen. The overflow of paperbacks had to be moved to the garage. There are hundreds of cd's, cassettes, vhs tapes, dvd's and records. The owners attended Renaissance fairs, and there are pieces of art, pottery, dragons, swords, geodes, crystals, canes, wooden boxes, figures, candles and all manner of medieval fantasy things. Model planes and books about planes. Model cars and car books. There are no clothes at this sale. Contents of the house will be photographed and listed every day as we prep.
