Auction Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in this auction, all bidders agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions set forth by Local Line Auctions LLC.

1. Condition of Items

All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults.

• No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied
• Descriptions and photos are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed
• It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding
• All sales are final – no returns, refunds, or exchanges

2. Binding Bids

All bids placed are legally binding contracts.

• Bids may not be canceled or retracted
• Winning bidders are legally obligated to complete payment
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension and legal action

3. Buyer’s Premium & Tax

• A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases
• 8% New York State sales tax applies unless a valid resale certificate is on file prior to auction close

4. Payment Terms & Credit Card Authorization

By registering and bidding, you authorize Local Line Auctions LLC to charge your card on file.

• All invoices may be automatically charged immediately following auction close
• Charges include:

Hammer price
Buyer’s premium
Sales tax
Applicable fees

If the card on file is declined:

• The bidder remains responsible for full payment
• Auction company may reattempt charges or pursue other payment methods
• Failure to pay may result in suspension and collection action

5. Pickup & Abandonment Policy (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

• ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE — NO EXCEPTIONS

Failure to remove items within this timeframe constitutes voluntary abandonment.

Abandoned items will be:
• Resold
• Donated
• Disposed of

At the sole discretion of Local Line Auctions LLC with NO REFUNDS or compensation issued

All ownership rights are forfeited.

6. Removal & Loading

• Buyers are solely responsible for removal of all items
• NO LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED

Buyers must:

• Bring adequate help, tools, and equipment
• Remove items safely and without damaging property
• Assume all risk of injury or damage during removal

Local Line Auctions LLC is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By registering and bidding, you agree:

• Not to initiate credit card chargebacks
• All disputes must be handled directly with Local Line Auctions LLC

Any chargeback will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban from future auctions
• Legal action to recover:

Invoice amount
Fees and penalties
Administrative and legal costs
8. Default

If a bidder fails to pay or pick up items:

• Items may be resold without notice
• Payments made may be forfeited
• Bidder is responsible for any losses, fees, or damages
• Auction company reserves the right to pursue legal remedies

9. Auctioneer Rights

Local Line Auctions LLC reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to any bidder
• Cancel or reopen bidding in the event of disputes or errors
• Withdraw or re-catalog items at any time
• Resolve all disputes at its sole discretion

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be handled within New York State courts.

11. Agreement to Terms

By registering, bidding, or participating in this auction, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read
• Understood
• Agreed

to all terms and conditions outlined above.
